PHYSICAL AFFECTION: She's very liberal with this when it comes to romantic partners, friends, family members, etc. The closer she is to you, the more you'll receive. This even extends to monsters!
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Don't.
RELATIONSHIPS: Misa takes herself to be in a romantic relationship with Light Yagami, the protagonist of Death Note, and as such is canonically uninterested (at best) and disgusted (at worst) by others who show such interest in her (see my preferences in the out of character section for caveats). When she's in love, Misa is recklessly self-sacrificing, very sweet, covetous of her partner's time and energy, and eager to please. For better and for worse, she loves her partner unconditionally (but see "offensive subjects and triggers," lol.) This degree of passion does not extend to her friends, whom she doesn't mind sacrificing in the pursuit of her own and/or her partner's goals -- but she sure is fun to hang out with! She gravitates towards "weird" people/entities and is pretty accepting of things others might be put off by or demand that their friends change.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Misa is not a genuinely happy person. She was orphaned when her parents lost their lives in a house robbery, was nearly killed by a stalker, and has murdered people even her serial killer boyfriend thinks she should have spared. It should be clear to even minimally perceptive people that there's something "off" about her: She's too cheerful, too spunky, too unserious about certain things, and too in love with a person who is neither compatible with nor interested in her. It shouldn't take much effort for your character, psychic or otherwise, to pry in these directions, and what they discover when they do so might deeply confuse/discomfit them. (Or endear them, if her shinigami partner Rem is anyone to go by.)
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Misa has something called shinigami eyes, which allow her to see the "true" name and lifespan of your character provided she gets a decent glimpse of their face. They're visually indistinguishable from normal eyes despite what the aesthetics of the anime/manga would have you believe. Don't expect Misa to be able to tell you how long your character has left to live, though: Lifespans are given in "shinigami time," and neither I, Misa, nor apparently the creators of Death Note can do shinigami math. The series has never given a concrete explanation of what a "true" name is, either, but based on how names are treated in the manga, I assume it's whatever is written on your character's legal documents.

It would be nice for her to interact with characters with whom she can establish some actual intimacy/friendship! I'm very down for slowburns in that direction and threads where characters are just hanging out, having some Deep Chats, getting into their feelings, whatever. I'm partial to F/F even though she's straight in the manga. Hit her up if your character is also in the entertainment industry, into fashion, has strong opinions about love, just wants to shoot the shit with somebody who isn't boring, likes to befriend those with tragic backstories and/or help others to become better people, etc. She also works well with characters who are Extremely Different from her (ex., shy, grouchy, whip-smart, not human, and so on). Expect a lot of persistence!

VISUAL: Petite and very pretty. Her style combines gothic lolita and punk-inspired pieces, and is definitely on the sexy/maximalist side. She dyes her hair blonde. Rem helps her with the foils.

OLFACTORY: Sweet and refreshing like her official perfume. That said, I imagine she matches her scent to her outfits, so don't expect her to smell like a parfait if she's wearing something like this.
